Correction to Annual Report
Bravura Solutions Limited (AIM:BVS) (“Bravura” or the “Company“) advises that this announcement has been released to ASX at the request of ASX. Following release to ASX of the Company’s Annual Report on 12 August 2026, ASX identified that the Annual Report stated on pages 15 and 73 that the Directors resolved to pay the final dividend of 8.31 cents per share and the special dividend of 6.69 cents per share on 6 August 2026, which was before the decision to pay the dividends was announced to ASX on 12 August 2026 in the Company’s FY26 accounts and the Appendix 3A.1.
The Company advises that the determination to pay each dividend was actually made by a sub-committee of the board of directors of the Company on 12 August 2026, following which the decision to pay the dividends was immediately announced to ASX in the Company’s FY26 accounts and the Appendix 3A.1.
