Updated Notice of Results & Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company
Cambridge Nutritional Sciences plc (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and nutrition, announces an updated date for the publication of its Audited Results for the year ended 31 March 2026 which will now be Tuesday, 8 September 2026. This delay is due to auditor and Company bandwidth in the audit process. The Board reiterates its expectation that revenue, EBITDA and cash remain in line with market expectations as reported.
Investor Presentation:
On the same day at 14:30 BST, James Cooper (Chief Executive Officer) and Ajay Patel (Chief Financial Officer) will host a live online presentation via the Investor Meet Company (“IMC”) platform to discuss the results.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted in advance via the IMC dashboard up until 09:00 BST on 7 September 2026, or during the live event.
