ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a subscription agreement with Lanstead Capital Investors LP (“Lanstead”), an institutional investor, together with a related sharing agreement, raising approximately £2.66 million.
