MelodyVR Group PLC (the “Company”), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, today confirms that, further to the announcement of 11 May 2020, the Company’s name has changed to MelodyVR Group PLC and the new ‘MVR’ TIDM will commence trading with effect from this morning.
In addition, the Company’s website address has now changed to www.melodyvr.group
Anthony Matchett, Executive Chairman & CEO said: “The change of name for EVR Holdings PLC to MelodyVR Group PLC is an important development for the Company. For a number of years, our principal subsidiary has been the core focus of our business and activities, be it the development of proprietary hardware and software, or the creation of original and exclusive content featuring the world’s most prominent artists and musicians. Our team’s determined focus to build a scalable consumer platform and a revolutionary entertainment business has yielded numerous successes to date, but as we continue to develop and in anticipation of welcoming even more consumers to the MelodyVR platform throughout 2020 and beyond, it is now appropriate for our parent company to also bear the MelodyVR name. I am pleased to announce a unified name for our holding company and operating subsidiaries, as we embark on another exciting stage of development for MelodyVR Group.”
