Regal Petroleum plc (AIM: RPT), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production group, is pleased to announce that it is changing its name to Enwell Energy plc.
The Company has filed documentation with Companies House in order to change the name, which will be effective once Companies House has registered the change and issued a new certificate of incorporation on change of name. Further details will be provided in due course.
