Blue Star (AIM: BLU), an investing company with a focus on technology, announces that it has agreed heads of terms to acquire the entire issued share capital of SatoshiPay Ltd, subject to certain conditions and due diligence.
Blue Star is pleased to announce that one of its investee companies Sthaler Limited has successfully raised £2 million at a pre-new money valuation of £30 million. This represents a significant uplift to the value attributed to Sthaler of £23million at its previous fundraise of £3 million in July 2017.
