e-therapeutics plc (AIM: ETX), the network-driven computational drug discovery company, today announces that it has entered into a collaboration agreement with C4X Discovery Holdings PLC (C4X.L) to combine its drug discovery platform with the latter’s genomics capabilities. The collaboration will aim to identify novel intervention strategies that have potential in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, a debilitating and progressive neurological disease where there remains a significant unmet medical need.
e-Therapeutics plc announces today that the first patient has been enrolled into its phase 1b programme for its cancer drug, ETS2101. The first patient received the initial dose on 19 May and will be included in the cohort investigating the safety, tolerability and anti-tumour activity of ETS2101 in patients with newly-diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), in combination with standard of care, sorafenib.
