Sumo Group PLC – SUMO – AGM Statement

The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Sumo Group will be held at 11.00am today. In view of the compulsory COVID-19 measures restricting public gatherings and non-essential travel, this AGM is being run as a closed meeting. Shareholders are not allowed to attend the AGM in person and anyone seeking to do so will be refused entry. The Company has arranged for a quorum to be present to transact the formal business of the meeting, as set out in the notice posted on 21 May.
