UK Oil & Gas PLC – Drilling Update – Horse Hill

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that following the completion of the 12¼” diameter hole section in its Horse Hill-2 (“HH-2″) Portland pilot well, 9⅝” casing has been set and cemented into position from surface to 2,019 ft below rig floor. After setting and testing blow out preventers, expected to be completed today, the well will drill a short section of 8½” diameter hole down to the coring point, where three 60 ft cores are planned through the oil bearing Portland reservoir.

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that, as at close of business on Friday 7th June, total aggregate Portland and Kimmeridge test oil production from the Horse Hill oil field, in which the Company has a 50.635% majority interest, reached a significant landmark of 50,000 barrels of light, sweet, dry oil.

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding heads of terms with both Europa Oil and Gas Limited and Union Jack Oil plc to acquire their respective 20% and 7.5% interests in the highly prospective PEDL143 exploration licence. Upon completion, the Company will hold a majority operated 67.5% interest in the Licence.

UK Oil & Gas PLC – Oil Production Test Update

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG), is pleased to announce that dry oil production (i.e. zero produced water) from the Portland reservoir at the Horse Hill oil field, in which the Company has a 50.635% majority interest, has continued at a stable rate of over 220 barrels of oil per day delivering an aggregate total Portland volume exceeding 15,000 barrels to date. The Portland and Kimmeridge extended test programme has now produced a significant aggregate volume in excess of 40,000 bbl.

UK Oil & Gas PLC – Acquisition of Further Interest in Horse Hill

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG), the largest onshore licence acreage holder in the Weald Basin, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding heads of terms with Doriemus Plc to acquire a further 6% shareholding in the Company’s subsidiary, Horse Hill Developments Limited.
