Further to the announcement of 18 December 2019 the board can confirm that Tim Steel has now stepped down as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Revenue declined 11% to £11.36m (2018 H1: £12.82m)
Tim Steel and Richard Lee have informed the Board of their intention to retire as Chairman and as Non-Executive Director of WH Ireland plc at the end of this December 2019.
