(“LCDC”), which together comprise the Majestic Retail and Commercial businesses (“Majestic Retail and Commercial”) to CF Bacchus Holdings Limited (“BidCo”), a vehicle controlled by funds managed by Fortress Investment Group LLC, for a total consideration of £95m (the “Disposal”).
