TLA Worldwide PLC – Change of Name to Hawkwing plc

TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA) announces that further to the passing of a special resolution at its general meeting on 29 August 2019, the Company has now received the change of name certificate from Companies House and accordingly the Company has changed its name to Hawkwing plc.

With effect from 8.00 am on Monday 2 September 2019, trading in the Company’s new name with the TIDM ‘HNG’ will commence. The Company’s website address remains www.tlaworldwide.com although its new website is expected to go live shortly; a further announcement will be made at that time.
