Appointment of Administrators
&
Resignation of Nominated Adviser
Further to the notification of 21 August 2026, the Board of Trellus Health has today appointed Paul Zalkin and Tom Parish of Quantuma Advisory Ltd as joint administrators of the Company (the “Joint Administrators”).
The Joint Administrators will continue previously notified efforts to seek a buyer for certain of the Company’s assets including the shares in its operating subsidiary Trellus Health, Inc. No returns are expected to be paid to the Company’s shareholders following any such sale.
Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker
Singer Capital Markets resigned as the Company’s Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect on the appointment of the Joint Administrators. Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within six weeks, then admission of the Company’s ordinary shares will be cancelled on AIM. The Company has no current intention of appointing a replacement Nominated Adviser.
Suspension of Trading on AIM
The Company’s ordinary shares remain suspended pending further notice. With the Company’s stated intention not to appoint another Nominated Advisor, trading in the Company’s ordinary shares will be cancelled on AIM within six weeks of Singer Capital Markets’ resignation, which cancellation currently expected to occur on 5 October 2026.
