Result of General Meeting
Truetide plc (AIM: TRUE) is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolution set out in the circular to shareholders on 21 August 2026 (the “Circular“) was duly passed.
Accordingly, the change to the Company’s investing policy for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies has been approved, and the new investing policy as set out in the Circular has taken effect immediately following the conclusion of the general meeting.
A copy of the Circular, together with the new investing policy, is available on the Company’s website at www.truetide.co.uk.
The table below shows the total votes cast in respect of each resolution.
