Delay in Publication of Interim Results
Zenova Group plc (ZED: AIM) announces that it will not be in a position to publish its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 May 2026 by 31 August 2026, being the three-month deadline required under AIM Rule 18, due to delays in the completion of the audit of the Company’s financial statements for the year ended 30 November 2025. The Board is working closely with the Company’s auditors, MMBA London Ltd, to complete the audit as soon as practicable.
The Company continues to work towards completion of its proposed acquisitions and re-admission to trading on AIM, and its resources remain directed to that process. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company’s ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM pending completion of the proposed reverse takeover.
A further announcement will be made in due course as appropriate.
